2Description of Service

PostMoore is a social media scheduling and management platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Bluesky.

3User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your content complies with platform policies
  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Promptly notifying us of any security breaches

4Prohibited Uses

You may not use PostMoore to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Spam or engage in abusive behavior
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Engage in any activity that could harm our service

5Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to PostMoore. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Platform: PostMoore and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6Payment Terms

If you choose a paid subscription plan:

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

7Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to PostMoore immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

8Disclaimers

PostMoore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party social media platforms.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostMoore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Bucureşti, Romania.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of PostMoore after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12Third-Party Platform Integration

PostMoore integrates with various social media platforms to provide our services. By using PostMoore, you acknowledge and agree to the following platform-specific terms:

YouTube Integration

We use YouTube's API services to enable content posting. By connecting your YouTube account:

  • You agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service
  • Google's Privacy Policy applies to your data
  • PostMoore accesses your YouTube account only to post content on your behalf
  • You can revoke PostMoore's access through your Google Account settings at any time

TikTok Integration

We integrate with TikTok's API to enable content posting:

  • You agree to TikTok's Terms of Service
  • TikTok's Privacy Policy governs data handling
  • We only post content you explicitly schedule through PostMoore
  • Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines

Google Authentication

We use Google OAuth for secure authentication:

  • Google's Terms of Service apply
  • Your Google account data is protected by Google's Privacy Policy
  • We only access basic profile information for authentication
  • We do not access your Gmail or other Google services beyond authentication

GitHub Authentication

We offer GitHub OAuth as an authentication option:

  • GitHub's Terms of Service apply
  • GitHub's Privacy Statement governs data handling
  • We only access public profile information for authentication
  • We do not access your repositories or other GitHub data

Facebook Integration

We integrate with Facebook's API to post content:

  • Facebook's Terms of Service apply
  • Meta's Privacy Policy governs data handling
  • We only post content you explicitly schedule through PostMoore
  • You can revoke PostMoore's access through Facebook settings

Instagram Integration

We use Instagram's Basic Display API and Content Publishing API:

  • Instagram's Terms of Use apply
  • Meta's Privacy Policy governs data handling
  • We post content on your behalf only when scheduled through PostMoore
  • Content must comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines

Bluesky Integration

We integrate with Bluesky's AT Protocol to post content:

  • Bluesky's Terms of Service apply
  • Bluesky's Privacy Policy governs data handling
  • We only post content you explicitly schedule through PostMoore
  • You can revoke access by changing your Bluesky app passwords

Threads Integration

We integrate with Threads' API to post content:

  • Threads' Terms of Use apply
  • Meta's Privacy Policy governs data handling
  • We only post content you explicitly schedule through PostMoore
  • Content must comply with Threads' Community Guidelines

Important Note:

PostMoore acts as an intermediary to help you manage your social media accounts. We do not control the policies, availability, or functionality of third-party platforms. Changes to platform APIs or policies may affect PostMoore's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
